1. Ensure you clean the water tank regularly – also ensure the waste bin is cleaned regularly. Remember coffee is an organic product and waste will decompose and cause nasty smells. 
2. Preheat the cup by running a cycle on the machine with no pod – this cleans the machine as well as heating the cup (obviously dispose of the hot water in the cup before making a coffee).
3. Choose the correct size cup;  Espresso 4oz–114ml,   Cappuccino 6oz–140ml,   Americano/Latte 8oz–227ml. Coffee should never be drank from a mug!
4. Ensure you have the correct dose setting on the machine, you can reset this at any time by holding down the espresso button or lungo button for the period required.
5. Ensure the pods used are top quality. We offer Gimoka Italian Coffee Nespresso®*  compatible pods from as little as 20c per coffee, and also Lavazza®*  compatible pods at wholesale rates.
