Returns & Refund Policy
Customers are free to return any online purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. All returns must be unopened and in original packaging. The refunded value does not include the original shipping cost and is for the product value only - In the case of 'free shipping' offer on a purchase the shipping fee is calculated as 7 Euro.
Where individual coffee boxes are returned they must be fully intact on receipt by Italian Coffee. Where a bulk order has been purchased and a portion has been returned the refund value will be calculated less the individual box price as specified on the website at time of purchase .
Refunded amount will be processed through Credit Card payment or Paypal whichever method has been used to purchase the products. Refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Damaged Goods
Where damaged goods or box has been delivered we advise customers not to accept any damaged goods or box and ask the courier to return the item.
